Our fees are customary for medical care in our region. We participate in most health insurance plans in this area. It is our policy to file your insurance claim. However, any co-payments or patient-responsible portions are due at the time of your visit. If we do not participate in your insurance plan, we ask that you pay your bill in full. Most major credit cards are accepted.

It is to your advantage to understand your insurance policy regarding your plan’s coverage and referral policies. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage for services our practice provides, please contact your insurance carrier. Ultimately, all account balances are the responsibility of the insured. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact our billing office at 214-369-8555, and they will be happy to assist you.
